Managed Analytics Operations

Analytics that stays reliable.

Relynor runs the operational work behind your analytics — dbt models, pipelines, dashboards and data quality — that internal teams rarely have time to maintain. One predictable monthly retainer, scoped to your stack.

  • For teams of 20–500

The problem

Your data team should build. Not babysit analytics infrastructure.

As a company grows, its analytics layer quietly becomes infrastructure. Without clear operational ownership, small failures compound into numbers nobody trusts.

  • sync failed · 06:14 UTC

    Data pipelines break

A source schema changes overnight and Monday's numbers never arrive.

  • last refreshed 9 days ago

    Dashboards stop being trusted

Stakeholders re-check figures in spreadsheets before every meeting.

  • mrr · 3 definitions

    Metrics disagree across teams

Finance, product and sales each present a different revenue number.

  • tests coverage · 18%

    dbt models accumulate debt

Hundreds of models, few tests, and no one sure what is safe to change.

  • owner · whoever is free

    Reporting becomes manual

Weekly reports depend on someone exporting, pasting and checking by hand.

  • roadmap · blocked

    Maintenance crowds out building

Your most senior data people spend their week on fixes, not the roadmap.

Services

Three managed services. One reliable analytics layer.

Each service is a recurring retainer with a defined scope, built around the parts of your stack the business depends on every day.

Flagship service

Managed Analytics Ops

The operational owner of your analytics layer.

Your analytics layer has grown faster than anyone's capacity to maintain it. Models, pipelines and dashboards need an owner — not occasional attention between roadmap work.

BI Care

Critical dashboards, kept accurate and current.

Dashboards break, refreshes fail quietly and small changes wait weeks in a queue — until leadership stops trusting the numbers.

What's included

  • Dashboard and refresh monitoring
  • Broken report and metric fixes
  • Small dashboard changes
  • Recurring report automation
  • Workspace and access hygiene
  • Power BI

$3,500/month

Setup from $3,500

Data Quality Ops

Trustworthy data for the decisions that matter.

Bad data reaches finance, customers or the board before anyone notices. Issues are found by stakeholders instead of by monitoring.

What's included

  • Automated validation
  • Anomaly monitoring
  • Data quality rules
  • Critical dataset checks
  • Alerting
  • Incident triage
  • Monthly quality scorecard

Best for

Companies where data errors carry financial, customer or regulatory consequences.

Starting at

$4,500/month

Implementation from $5,000

Separately scoped projects

For larger one-time work, we scope fixed engagements — on their own or alongside a managed service.

  • dbt audits and refactoring
  • BI rebuilds
  • Warehouse stabilization
  • New data source integrations
  • Data quality implementation
  • Analytics stack modernization
  • Migrations
  • AI-ready semantic layers

How it works

A clear path from fragile to dependable.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined sequence: understand the stack, make it stable, keep it that way, and make it better.

  1. 01

    Assess

Review the existing analytics stack, critical datasets, dashboards and recurring problems.

  2. 02

    Stabilize

Fix immediate reliability issues and establish monitoring, testing and clear ownership.

  3. 03

    Operate

Relynor handles recurring maintenance, quality checks and approved small changes.

  4. 04

    Improve

Monthly reliability reviews surface technical debt and larger optimization opportunities.

Why Relynor

An operational extension of your team.

Relynor doesn't replace your data team. We take ownership of the recurring operational work, so your team gets its time back and the business gets numbers it can trust.

  • Predictable monthly cost

A fixed retainer scoped to your stack. No hourly surprises.

  • No additional headcount

Coverage without recruiting, onboarding and retaining another full-time hire.

  • Specialized expertise

Analytics engineering, BI and data quality — the operational layer is all we do.

  • Controlled scope

Clear boundaries on what's included. Larger work is estimated and approved first.

  • Proactive monitoring

Failures are caught by checks and alerts, not by a stakeholder in a meeting.

  • Documentation by default

Models, metrics and runbooks are documented, so knowledge stays with your company.

  • Faster fixes for recurring issues

Repeat problems get root-caused and closed, not patched again next month.

  • Scales with you

Adjust scope as your stack and priorities change, without reorganizing your team.

Operating principles

Built for teams that care how the work is done.

Handing part of your data platform to an outside team is a trust decision. These are the defaults every engagement runs on.

  1. 01

    Your environment, your code

All work lives in your repositories and tools, delivered through pull requests your team can review.

  2. 02

    Least-privilege access

We work through accounts you provision and control, with only the access the scope requires.

  3. 03

    Written scope

Every engagement defines the datasets, dashboards and pipelines covered — and what sits outside it.

  4. 04

    Monthly reporting

A reliability review covering incidents, root causes, test coverage and recommended next steps.

Pricing

Clear, scoped pricing.

Recurring retainers with a defined scope. Final pricing depends on the size and complexity of your stack.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Something else on your mind? Email contact@relynor.com.

Do you replace our internal data team?

No. Relynor works as an operational extension of your team. We take ownership of recurring maintenance and reliability work so your people can focus on higher-value projects.

Do you work with companies that do not have a data team?

Yes, depending on your existing stack and scope. We'll assess what's in place on an initial call and tell you plainly whether a managed engagement makes sense.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Not by default. Standard service is business-hours support (U.S. time zones). Extended or custom coverage can be scoped separately.

Do you build new dashboards and pipelines?

Yes. Small, well-defined changes are handled within the monthly scope. Larger builds are estimated and scoped as separate projects.

What counts as an “approved small change”?

A focused change such as a new metric, a dashboard adjustment, an additional test or a minor model update. Anything larger is estimated and approved by you before work begins.

Do you require long contracts?

Most managed engagements begin with an initial 3-month term. That gives us time to stabilize the stack and show results before moving to an ongoing arrangement.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Yes. Relynor works with modern analytics and cloud data stacks, including dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Power BI, Looker, Tableau and Sigma.

How do you access our systems?

Through accounts you provision, with least-privilege access. We work inside your environment, repositories and tools — your data stays where it is.

Make your analytics boring again.

Reliable pipelines. Trusted dashboards. Fewer recurring data problems.
